The Business Name
Although I may not have understood it at the time or appreciated it as much as I do today, this spunky lady, Aggie (my great grandma) would incorporate, "well it's a part of", into every aspect of her life. It didn't matter if we were picking strawberries, watching Wheel of Fortune or playing Skip Bo, her wisdom would shine. This saying has become a staple within our every day.
The Logo
In the process of trying to start our family, we experienced a loss, the bird holds sentimental value to us and will forever be a part of our journey. I knew I wanted this to be a part of the business in some way, with some creative touches from a family friend, our logo came to life.
The Leap
After years of dreaming, I finally decided I wanted to start my own practice. The biggest hurdle was the impact this change would have on our family. I am forever thankful for my husband and his trust in me to take on this venture. Not to mention him giving up his full-time career to be able to be more present at home and support the background needs of the business.
The Expansion
I always said, I wanted to keep things small. Those that know me, I can't sit still for long and with the right amount of time, expansion presented itself.
