Availability & Scheduling
 

How soon can I get an appointment? (e.g., Do you have openings this week?)

Our availability for new clients is always changing and is dependent on clinicians' availability. Clinicians who will have the soonest availability are Jordyn Roggenkamp, Martina Gause, Mary Burd and Morgan Hajric.

For current clients, they have access to the client portal and are encouraged to schedule sessions out for the next 3-6 months. This allows the clients to find appointments that work for their schedules. If clients wait until the last minute, unfortunately, that could be a delay in seeing their therapist. Schedule out!! 


What days/times are available? Do you offer evening or weekend slots?

Our clinicians have a wide range of availability Sundays through Fridays, as early as 8am to 8pm! Although there is this wide range of availability, each clinician has their range of availability. 


How long are sessions?

Sessions usually are 60 minutes, but it is also dependent on the client's needs. For example, children and adolescents, may hit their max around 35 minutes into a session, that's okay we work with this! 


Do you offer in-person, telehealth/virtual, or both?

Yes, we offer in-person located in south Fargo, ND off 52nd and 45th. We also offer telehealth. At this time, only Jordyn Roggenkamp, Emily Carleton, Martina Gause and Jordyn Koski are able to see client via telehealth in MN. Krystol Tofstad, Mary Burd and Morgan Hajric are only able to see clients telehealth in ND. When scheduling, you will have the option to select in office or telehealth. 

 

Can I do a brief consultation call first?

No, at this time, we encourage potential clients to review our clinicians' pages to see if there is a clinician that best suits your needs. 

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! We will always be accepting new clients. Therapists with the soonest availability are Jordyn Roggenkamp, Martina Gause, Mary Burd and Morgan Hajric. 

Insurance, Payment & Fees

What insurance plans do you accept?  

Yes, we accept BCBS (Non-Medicaid plans), Sanford Health Plan (including employee), Aetna, Allied Benefits Systems and Complete Care. If you're insurance is not listed, we offer private pay and a superbill so you can submit to your insurance directly. 

Are you in-network with my insurance? 

We offer benefits checks, but we encourage all clients to talk with their insurance carrier directly about network benefits to include deductibles, copays, coinsurance, etc. 

Here are the codes we primarily use, that you could ask your insurance if they cover: 

  • Diagnostic Assessment: 90791

  • Individual Therapy: 90837

  • Family Therapy: 90847

 

What are your self-pay rates and payment options?

Do you offer sliding scale fees or financial assistance?

We do not currently offer a sliding fee scale. We work with our clients on payment plans to address outstanding balances. 

 

What is your cancellation/no-show policy?

We have a $75 no-show/late cancellation policy, if clients do not cancel 24 hours before the appointment. It is encouraged to cancel your appointments in advance to avoid a fee. If you will not make it, send a client portal message or email to your therapist.

Do you provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement?

Yes! We provide our clients a superbill to be able to submit to their insurance for coverage. 

Services Offered 

Do you work with trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, substance use, LGBTQ+ issues, etc.?

Yes! Each therapist has their own area of expertise, so it is encouraged to look at the profiles of each therapist to see which one addresses your needs: Our Team | It's a Part of

Can you help with couples counseling or family therapy?

Martina Gause, LPCC provides couples therapy and is certified in the Gottman Method. 

What if I’m in crisis or need emergency support?

We provide outpatient level of care, therefore we are not available 24/7. If a client is experiencing a mental health crisis, they should call 988 for crisis support. If imminent danger is present, calling 911. 

We have direct messaging through our client portal, where clients can reach out to their therapist and the therapist will be able to respond when available. 

Do you prescribe medication?

We do not prescribed medications, but we work closely with providers in the community and are able to provide referrals as needed throughout the therapeutic process. 

What should I expect in the first session?

The first session is typically a diagnostic assessment. In this appointment, the therapist will review your history, current level of functioning, and symptoms to determine an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan. The more detailed clients are in their intake paperwork, few questions will be asked! 

How long are sessions and how often do we meet?

Sessions are generally 55 minutes, but time will vary depending on client needs. Session frequency will also be dependent on client needs. 


Do you offer telehealth/virtual sessions? (and “Is it secure/HIPAA compliant?”)

Telehealth sessions are held via our EHR system, Simple Practice. This is a HIPAA compliant platform. 


What are your office hours and availability?

  • Primarily Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm

  • Availability over the lunch hour

  • Offering in-person and telehealth

  • Occasional sessions after 5pm

  • Occasional sessions on Sundays


How quickly can I get an appointment after the intake?

We typically do our best to ensure clients are able to schedule the following week after the initial appointment, but it also dependent on the client needs at the time of the intake. 


Can I switch therapists if it’s not a good fit?

Yes, we value finding the "right fit", if you're not feeling it is the right fit for you, send us an email: admin@itspartof.org and we will get you connected with another therapist. ​​

Where is your office located and is there parking?

We are located on the corner of 45th and 52nd in south Fargo. We have parking in front of our building to include handicap parking spots.
