Hi, I’m Morgan! My approach to therapy is grounded in authenticity,
connection, mindfulness, and fully embracing life. I strive to create
a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can share at
their own pace while we collaboratively build a path toward healing
aligned with their goals and values.
I am passionate about helping clients strengthen interpersonal
relationships, heal from trauma, develop healthier coping patterns,
and cultivate a more grounded and mindful daily life. My work focuses
on supporting meaningful personal growth and empowering clients to
live in alignment with what matters most to them.
